Company Outlook

TSO₃ enables better health care through the development of superior sterile reprocessing solutions for medical devices.

Our second-generation, 125-liter capacity sterilizer is under a global license agreement with the 3M™ Infection Prevention Division for worldwide commercialization to Central Sterilization Departments in healthcare settings, under the brand 3M™ Optreoz™ 125-Z.

Compensation

TSO₃ is committed to compensating employees for great performance and efforts. The salary review process, which takes place annually, is based on performance. Ongoing feedback is also provided throughout the year to assist employees in their current roles and potentially their next.
